A local agent who knows the whole transaction.
I'm Diaresma Gonzales, a REALTOR® with HomeSmart, Evergreen Realty, based in Rancho Cucamonga. Before real estate, I worked in escrow and as a loan signing agent, so I know what happens behind the scenes after an offer is accepted: the paperwork, the deadlines and the details that keep a closing on schedule.
I hold a B.A. in Business Administration with a concentration in Real Estate from Cal State San Bernardino and a Property Management certificate, and I serve clients in both English and Spanish.

Rancho Cucamonga sits in western San Bernardino County at the foot of the San Gabriel Mountains. The city was incorporated in 1977, bringing together the communities of Alta Loma, Cucamonga and Etiwanda, and each still has its own character.
- Getting around: the 210 Foothill Freeway runs through the city, with the I-15 and I-10 nearby, a Metrolink station on the San Bernardino Line, and Ontario International Airport a short drive south.
- Shopping and dining: Victoria Gardens, an open-air shopping and dining district, plus the historic Route 66 corridor along Foothill Boulevard.
- Outdoors: the Pacific Electric Trail crosses the city east to west, and foothill trails, including the North Etiwanda Preserve, are close by.
