Privacy Policy
Effective October 20, 2026
This policy explains what information is collected when you visit dgonzalesrealestate.com (also reachable at dgre.web.app), sign in at an open house, or request an appointment at gonzales-book.web.app (together, the "Site"), how it is used, and the choices you have. The Site is operated by Diaresma Gonzales, REALTOR®, a licensed California real estate salesperson (CA DRE #02249704) affiliated with HomeSmart, Evergreen Realty (Broker DRE #01814504).
Information I collect
Information you give me. When you submit the appointment request form, I collect what you enter:
- Name and mobile phone number (required)
- Email address (optional)
- Type of appointment, preferred date and time
- Property address and city, if you provide them
- Any notes you choose to include (for example, budget or timeline)
Open house sign-in. When you sign in at one of my open houses, I collect your name, phone number and/or email, whether you are working with an agent (and their name), your interest and timeline, and whether you agree to be contacted. Contact consent is optional and is not required to tour the home. If you are working with another agent, I will respect that relationship.
You can also contact me directly by phone, text, email or social media. Those messages are handled through the service you choose to use.
Information collected automatically. The Site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar technology to collect information such as the pages you view, how you arrived at the Site (for example, a search engine, social media or a QR code), your general location (city or region), device and browser type, and which buttons you click (such as "Book a Consultation" or my phone number). This information is reported to me in aggregate and is not used to identify you personally. I do not send your name, phone number or email to Google Analytics.
How I use your information
- To respond to your appointment request and contact you about it
- To follow up after an open house you attended, if you agreed to be contacted
- To provide the real estate services you ask for
- To keep records required of real estate licensees and my brokerage
- To understand which pages and features are useful and improve the Site
I do not sell your personal information, and I do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.
Who processes your information
The Site relies on a few service providers to work. Each receives only what it needs:

I may also share information with my brokerage, HomeSmart, Evergreen Realty, as part of a real estate transaction or as required by law, regulation or a valid legal request.
Cookies and your choices
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the Site will still work. You can also opt out of Google Analytics on all websites with Google's browser add-on.
Do Not Track. Browsers can send a "Do Not Track" signal. Because there is no common standard for how sites should respond, the Site does not currently change its behavior when it receives one. The opt-out options above remain available to you.
How long I keep information
I keep appointment requests for as long as needed to serve you and to meet record-keeping obligations that apply to real estate licensees, then delete them. Google Analytics data is kept according to Google's retention settings for the account (no longer than 14 months).
Reviewing, correcting or deleting your information
You may ask to see, correct or delete the personal information you submitted through the Site, or ask me to stop contacting you, at any time. Email or call me using the details below and I will respond promptly. I may need to keep some information where the law or my brokerage requires it.
Security
The Site is served over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and stored requests are protected by access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive financial information (such as bank or Social Security numbers) through the form.
Children
The Site is meant for adults and is not directed to children under 16. I do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If I change this policy, I will post the new version on this page and update the effective date above. Significant changes will be noted at the top of the page.
